Accessibility

This statement covers the Graph Lines generator at app.graphlines.com and this website.

Our target

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.

How the generator is designed

  • Every setting is a standard form control with a visible label, and works with a keyboard alone.
  • Choices such as paper type, units, orientation and zoom are grouped and report which option is selected.
  • Messages such as “Link copied to clipboard” and the preview details are announced to screen readers.
  • The generator follows your light or dark theme setting, and the layout reflows on narrow screens.

Known limitations

  • The preview is a picture of the sheet. The settings and the details bar describe it in text, but the drawing itself isn’t described line by line.
  • The paper you print is visual by nature. If you need paper with raised or high-contrast lines, increase the line weight and choose a dark colour.
  • A full audit against every WCAG 2.2 AA criterion, including testing with NVDA, JAWS and VoiceOver, has not been completed yet. We will update this statement with the results.
